Super Mario on Various Nintendo Game Consoles and Online - Computers - Computer Games

The Mario . series has been around since 1983. It was first called Mario . in 1983 before it got a newly released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) then called Super Mario Bors. in 1985.

The Mario . series has had a huge following after its NES version was released in 1985. It spanned more and more additions to the series in the coming years followed hugely by people of all ages and walks of life. There were those released for Nintendo game consoles like the Nintendo 64, the Wii and a few others.

The game made for NES, in particular, has been the best selling video game all over before Nintendo's own Wii Sports overtook it in 2009. Before Wii Sports happened and the Wii console, too, it was this NES game that sold millions of copies all over the world.In 2010, Nintendo celebrated the 25th anniversary of Mario . since its inception in 1983. The 25th anniversary of the Mario . series saw the release of red variants of the consoles Wii and Nintendo DSi XL. They were Mario-themed in honor of the Mario . games. They were limited editions released by Nintendo all over the world and they sold as much as their game counterparts.

Mario . was created by Nintendo game designers Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. The one responsible for the music of the game was Koji Kondo. The game became the platform for all other video games including those released by Sony in their Playstation consoles. Koji Kondo's music for Mario . also became the platform for many video games' music. This is just how successful Mario . became 1985 onwards.

Today, Mario has seen many incarnations. The beloved character has been done in 3D after he was a 2D character in the older games. No matter his incarnation, however, kids and adults still love to play him on any of their Nintendo game consoles.Nintendo did hit the jackpot with Mario Bros. Both Mario and Luigi are well-loved by kids and adults alike. Those who have the NES can let the young ones feel and see for themselves just how Mario Bros. started out before it spanned many of its spin-offs, sequels and such. This much beloved game started small and is now bigger than most games brought out by different video game publishing companies all over the world.

Game consoles are loved by many gamers and they know just how Mario Bros. has influenced the development of many of these. Until this day, more and more are buying game consoles just to follow all those released by Nintendo along with the Mario Bros. series. This is what makes Nintendo sell so much to the gaming community of different ages.

Mario and Luigi, Bowser and Princess Toadstool, the Goombas and the Koopa Troopas have been a part of our lives as members of this advanced society. In some way, we've come across Super Mario and its incarnations. Because of how big Super Mario has been, we'd be familiar with it in some way even as we didn't play the game ourselves.
