Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a clear winner in entertaining - Computers - Computer Games

The famous Super Smash series finally enters the world of Wii with its debut game being Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This exciting game lets you fight against the classic and most loved characters in the Nintendo Universe and other characters from other famous stories.

The entire series has always been a favorite of the any gamer whether amateur or hardcore and old or young is the list of characters playable in this game. Everyone loves Mario, Link, Kirby, Zelda, Yoshi, and Princess Peach among other classic characters. These characters are the staple in the series. However this time, game developers have included a wide variety of characters outside the Nintendo Universe, including Pit from Kid Icarus, Sonic the Hedgehog and Solid snake, and Pikimin and Olimar from the Pikimin series. Gamers now have a chance to use these characters to fight against old and classic characters elevating the level of excitement in this game.

Although the main objective of the game is to simply fight, the game however provides an elaborate set of skills and abilities that players can make their characters perform while fighting. The characters are able to do a wide variety of combos. Characters can also perform smash moves, special moves that are most effective in the entire game to knockout other characters from the screen. Smash moves can be acquired by taking the Smash Balls. Smash balls fall randomly during a battle. They must be secured immediately or else the opponent character will snatch them. To make it even more fun, characters can also steal smash balls from the opponents.

The single player and Multiplayer modes have a lot to offer to the players. Multiplayer mode includes the standard 2-4 player brawls, tournaments, Special Brawls where you can take on your friends, and online brawls which allow players to assert their dominance (or even submit to the experts) in the game through the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection.

The Single player mode includes training modes, Classic brawls where semi-randomly generated areas and opponents are selected of a game series. The game also includes the new Subspace Emissary, an adventure mode that makes this game not just a fighting game but an adventure game too. The player has to complete several levels which include fighting different characters of different stories and eventually teaming up with all opponents one common villain.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl lets you control everything

In terms of game play, the biggest feature is that the game is compatible with any controller. Each and every character can be played with the Wii Remote, the Wii Nunchuk (along with the Wii Remote) and the Game Cube controller. Although the controls are different for different controllers, there is no harm in exploring. Despite the violence present this game, Nintendo has presented it as a family friendly game. Kids over the age of three years can enjoy this game without in any way being traumatized or in taking a violent message. Without doubt it is one of the most entertaining Wii game.
