Nintendo 3DS Pulled from Amazon.com, but It was Only Temporary ***UPDATED***

Reports by MCV claim that the Nintendo 3DS was pulled from sale on Amazon.com for a little bit. Speculation says that it was because of an issue caused by closing the 3DS and scratching the top screen. However, upon investigation it looks like the Nintendo 3DS is back up for sale on both Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. MCV notes that this was added to the description once sales were back online:
A system software update has been released that improves the stability and connectivity of the Nintendo 3DS console. To perform the update: Select "System Settings" from the HOME Menu. Then select "Other Settings." Last, scroll to the right and select "System Update."
Looks like everything is back to normal at the moment. If you need a 3DS head over to Amazon.com to buy one!

***Update***
Tiny Cartridge is now reporting that the Aqua Blue 3DS is fine, but the Cosmo Black 3DS is still under review for a loose hinge problem. Also, here is an official response from Amazon about the current problem:
The flip-screen is loose when its opened, please inform them that Nintendo has confirmed as long as the upper screen locks into place, the unit is within Nintendo’s design specification. Customers can call 1-800-255-3700.
Thanks to both Tiny Cartridge and NeoGaf Forum Member TheBez for keeping us posted with these details.
