New The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Details and Footage

In the interest of those trying to avoid Skyward Sword spoilers I placed the details and link to the video after the break. Details cover a new area in the game and more about the flying mechanic.

• Link can leap from many of Skyloft's Islands and call his bird to begin flight
• While flying, players can use colored beacons to find explorable locations beneath the clouds
• Players will also be able to create their own beacons to explore other Islands in Skyloft
• As Link falls closer to the ground he will be able to use an item called a Sailcloth that will break his fall and avoid damage
• Location in the video is called the Eldin Volcano
• Bonus Play Nintendo Trivia: The Eldin Province in Twilight Princess holds Death Mountain, which is home to the lava filled Goron Mines. Could the Eldin Volcano somehow be related to the Eldin Province of Twilight Princess?
